Paid Report (and VCAT Reports)

Our paid mould reports are comprehensive and are used extensively in the resolution of disputes.

They are accepted by VCAT and most arbitration and/or legal tribunals. In printed format, they incorporate the following - and cost $1,995 including GST.

INTERNAL
Moisture penetration, elevated moisture levels in floors, walls, ceilings and roof cavities. Signs of visible mould growth and mould spores. Evidence of plaster contamination; evidence of condensation; all health issues ETC.
SUBFLOOR
Moisture penetration, elevated moisture levels; Signs of visible mould growth and rising damp; evidence of moisture penetration; sub floor deterioration. Structural timber deterioration; mould spores; moisture readings and damage ETC.
ROOF CAVITY
Moisture penetration, elevated moisture levels; Signs of visible mould growth and rising damp; evidence of moisture penetration; insulation damage or deterioration. Structural timber deterioration; mould spores; moisture readings and damage ETC.

Once we have inspected the property you will be emailed our report within 48 hours. Our report offers a detailed explanation of all of the issues discovered and the remedies available, including full costings of same.
